Refined antique document box in inlaid wood, presumably dating to the first half of the 20th century, distinguished by elegant craftsmanship and a rich geometric pattern created through marquetry work.
The lid features a sophisticated geometric composition with diamond-shaped motifs and inlaid borders that enhance the natural beauty of the wood. Its solid and well-proportioned structure reflects the quality of traditional craftsmanship. The warm wood tones and the patina developed over time further enhance its authentic and collectible character.
The box is in good overall condition, with minor signs of age and wear consistent with its age, which do not affect its functionality or aesthetic appeal. The lock comes with its key and is fully functional, allowing the contents to be securely stored.
An elegant and refined decorative piece, perfect for lovers of antiques, vintage desk boxes, and traditional inlaid wooden objects.
