Iconic glazed ceramic pitcher from the Rimini Blu collection, designed by Aldo Londi for Bitossi Ceramiche in the second half of the 20th century.
The body features the characteristic stamped texture with geometric and floral motifs, enhanced by the marine‑inspired shades of deep blue—an unmistakable hallmark of the Rimini line. Its compact form and integrated handle make it a visually striking decorative object, perfect for modern, eclectic interiors or collections of Italian design.
The pitcher is in perfect condition, with no cracks or restorations, and bears on the underside the Sardatis Castelsardo mark, attesting to its distribution in Sardinia and adding historical and collectible value.
This piece is an emblematic example of post‑war Italian ceramics, the result of Aldo Londi’s formal and chromatic research during his tenure as Bitossi’s artistic director from 1946 onward.
